The winners, Suditya Singh of Blaine and Muskan Singh of Eden Prairie, developed Tiny Thinkers, an application that uses videos and quizzes to help children with autism develop social and emotional skills.\n\n\u201cIt is incredible to see Minnesota students using their STEM skills to help overcome community challenges. Congratulations to Suditya and Muskan on winning the 2024 Congressional App Challenge! We look forward to seeing all you accomplish in the future,\u201d Congressman Tom Emmer said.\n\nTiny Thinkers is currently on display in the United States Capitol Building, where it will remain for a full year.
