Emmer was joined by fellow Minnesota Republican Representatives Pete Stauber (R-Minn.), Michelle Fischbach (R-Minn.), and Brad Finstad (R-Minn.). When the letter was sent, Klobuchar and Smith had voted five times to block the clean, nonpartisan CR from moving in the Senate.\n\n\u201cThis clean continuing resolution, which came with no policy riders, has been supported on a bipartisan basis thirteen times during the Biden Administration.
