Let\u2019s make this happen.\u201d\n\nAt COP26, Congresswoman Escobar participated in a press conference with her colleagues of the congressional freshman class of 2018, they highlighted the need for climate action in America and the power of climate mobilization. Additionally, the delegation will participate in bilateral meetings, panel discussions, and other engagements with global leaders on top climate priorities, including the recent IPCC report, gender equity, and public-private sector coordination on climate action.\n\nThe COP26 summit, hosted by the United Kingdom in partnership with Italy, brings international parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
