I worked closely with West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey to craft a comprehensive agreement to protect consumers, patients and our hard-working hospital employees. This agreement safeguarded access to care while controlling costs for patients and saving jobs, which I argued in a letter to the FTC.
