The Tax Cuts & Jobs Act preserves important West Virginia priorities, including the mortgage interest deduction, the historic tax credit and the medical expenses deduction. I personally advocated for West Virginias priorities and worked with leadership to make sure they were included in the final bill. Ive made the conference report and a summary available on my website so West Virginians can join me in carefully reviewing the bill before next weeks vote, Rep.
