Our supply chain is stretched to the breaking point, inflation is rising, and now the President has heaped yet another burden on Wisconsin businesses. I hope the 60-day compliance period provides enough time for the courts to undo what is clearly a serious overreach by the federal government and President Biden.\u201d\n\nBACKGROUND:\n\nOn September 10, 2021, President Joe Biden announced that he had ordered the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to enact an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) rule that would require all businesses with more than 100 employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations or regular testing for their employees. The rule is expected to affect nearly 100 million workers.\n\n###\n\nCongressman Scott Fitzgerald was sworn in to the 117th Congress on January 3, 2021 and is proud to represent Wisconsin\u2019s Fifth Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives.", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-06T20:30:49Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://fitzgerald.house.gov/media/press-releases/biden-vaccine-mandate-overreach-power"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 5.085343960672617, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
