After 15 years, the reality is undeniable: Obamacare has failed to live up to its promises. Premiums have skyrocketed, patient choice has been taken away, and taxpayers are left footing the bill for waste, fraud, and abuse in the program.\n\n\u201cThat\u2019s why the Lower Health Care Premiums for All Americans Act provides substantive health reforms that will benefit all Americans, not just the 7% of people on Obamacare's exchanges. It codifies the Trump Administration\u2019s 2019 Health Reimbursement Arrangement Rule, and the 2018 Trump Administration Rules on Association Health Plans.
