The full text of the speech is below.\n\nFriends and fellow Nebraskans, as we enter 2024, I want to reflect on the moments and blessings 2023 gave us.\n\nThere were many highs: House Republicans took control of the House and passed some historic bills, like the Lower Energy Costs Act and the Secure the Border Act.\n\n2023 was my first full year in Congress. I introduced and passed my first bill on a bipartisan basis. My office assisted hundreds of constituents to resolve issues. I traveled around the world to meet with international leaders to strengthen America\u2019s relationships \u2013 and that\u2019s just a few of the most significant moments.\n\nI am so grateful for all the opportunities to serve you in Congress this year.
