The Ending Green Giveaways Act returns unused funds from the $3 billion of taxpayers\u2019 money allocated to an out-of-touch, unaccountable \u2018environmental justice\u2019 grant program managed by the EPA.\"\n\nThe \u201cEnding Green Giveaways Act\u201d eliminates text related to the \u201cCommunity Change Grants\u201d program and rescinds any unspent funds allocated to the program under the Inflation Reduction Act. This program, which received $3 billion in federal funding, is expedited by the EPA.
