As a Member of Congress, Rep. Frankel has the distinct privilege of nominating students from Florida\u2019s 21st Congressional District to some of America\u2019s most prestigious military academies, including: The U.S. Naval Academy, The U.S. Military Academy, The U.S. Air Force Academy, The Merchant Marine Academy, and The U.S. Coast Guard Academy*.\n\n\u201cAs a mother of a U.S. Marine War Veteran and the daughter of a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, I have a deep appreciation of our men and women in uniform,\u201d said Rep. Frankel. \u201cI am honored to have the opportunity to nominate the best and brightest from our community to our nation\u2019s military academies and wish this year\u2019s applicants the best of luck.\u201d\n\nThe academies provide a tuition-free, four-year undergraduate education and prepare successful applicants to be officers of the U.S. uniform services.
