Frankel. \u201cIt will be the largest effort to combat climate change in history. It will cut taxes for tens of millions of middle-class families. It is the biggest expansion of affordable health care in a decade. I\u2019m looking forward to voting for it.\u201d\n\nThe House plans to vote on the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act later this week. After passing the House, it will go to the President\u2019s desk for his signature.
