The Honoring Our PACT Act, which President Biden signed into law earlier this year, adds to the list of health conditions that have been linked to exposure of these substances.\n\n\u201cAs the mother of a U.S. Marine war veteran, I recognize the sacrifice our servicemembers are willing to make to protect our freedoms. That\u2019s why ensuring they have access to the health care they need to live healthy, fulfilling lives when they return home is a priority for me,\u201d said Rep. Frankel. \u201cThe Honoring Our PACT Act is a comprehensive law that treats toxic exposure as a cost of war by addressing the full range of issues impacting veterans, including access to earned benefits and health care through the VA.\u201d\n\nVeterans and their families can visit va.gov/resources/the-pact-act-and-your-va-benefits to learn more and start accessing the care they need.
