This has resulted in unimaginable violence and suffering for innocent Israelis and Palestinians alike. With that said, I welcome the President\u2019s proposal to finally bring this war to an end,\u201d said Rep. Frankel.\n\n\u201cIsrael has already accepted the deal. The decision now rests with Hamas.
