Fudge (OH-11) released the following statement after the U.S. House vote on the Tax Extenders package:\r\n\r\n\tAfter careful consideration, I could not, in good conscience, support the tax extender legislation. Simply put, the package does not go far enough for my constituents or Americas families. The bill increases the nations budget deficit and gives away more than 700 billion dollars in unpaid-for tax breaks primarily to the wealthy, while failing to provide adequate relief to those in need.  Impoverished communities can no longer bear the brunt of the budget deficit.
