Fulcher has signed onto Reps. Jim Banks and Jackie Walorski\u2019s letter requesting Attorney General William Barr to review whether any federal laws were violated in the gruesome discovery of more than 2,200 preserved fetal remains on the Illinois property of the recently deceased Dr. Ulrich \u201cGeorge\u201d Klopfer.
