The EPA needs to go back to the drawing board and develop supplemental proposed rules for the Waste Emissions Charge (WEC) and Subpart W that are consistent with Congressional intent and do not unfairly levy additional costs on American energy consumers and producers.\u201d\n\nClick HERE to read the full letter.\n\nCosigners of the letter are Representatives Robert E.
