It includes:\n\nFull-year funding for veterans\u2019 health care, housing, and benefits \u2013 including $115 billion for veterans\u2019 medical care.\n\nContinued support for SNAP, WIC, and other nutrition assistance programs to ensure no American family goes hungry.\n\nGuaranteed pay for active duty servicemembers and $19.7 billion for military construction and family housing.\n\nRestores pay for TSA agents and air traffic controllers who have worked without pay to keep Americans safe.\n\n\u201cRepublicans have been clear from the very beginning: the government must stay open, our troops must be paid, and essential services must continue,\u201d Garbarino added \u201cDemocrats\u2019 delay did nothing but hurt the very people they claim to fight for.
