Jeanette Rankin was a trailblazer for women's rights in our nation. It's my honor to recognize her and her lasting contributions to our country. I urge my colleagues to join me in honoring Jeannette Rankin by renaming the post office, in her hometown of Missoula, in her memory, Gianforte said.\nDownload video of Gianforte's remarks HERE\nOn March 28, 2019, Gianforte introduced the legislation in the House, and U.S. Senator Steve Daines (R-Mont.) introduced S. 953 in the Senate.\nDaines welcomed House passage of their bicameral bill.
