The CAC highlights the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education in the U.S. and gives middle and high school students an opportunity to hone and showcase their coding and technology skills.\n\n\"I would like to thank all of our participants this year for their time, effort, and innovation,\u201d saidCongressman Gonzalez. \u201cEach entry was a testament to the talent and potential South Texas students have to offer. What\u2019s more, each contestant displayed a true desire to not only enhance their coding skills but also to apply their knowledge to real-world problems their communities face daily.
