The commitment comes in direct response to Goodlander\u2019s June 11 oversight letter demanding answers and accountability for the company\u2019s abrupt move to deny service to customers in more than half a dozen New Hampshire towns, including Franklin, Canterbury and Northfield.\n\n\u201cFor months, communities across our Lakes Region have been left in limbo after being blindsided by Liberty Utilities,\u201d said Congresswoman Goodlander. \u201cThe company is finally owning up to what its New Hampshire customers have known all along: relief cannot wait. While this is progress, it is not enough. We need a permanent solution and real accountability.
