They should be able to use women\u2019s restroom facilities without worrying about intrusion. They should be able to overcome traumatic experiences through women\u2019s group mental health counseling with other women. This resolution is a strong step in pushing back against radical gender identity politics by protecting every woman\u2019s right to privacy and safety.\u201d\n\nThe resolution was introduced by Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (AZ-08), and the Senate companion was introduced by U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.).\n\nThe resolution details the biological difference between men and women, defines \u201csex\u201d as a person\u2019s biological sex, and mentions important reasons to distinguish between the sexes with respect to athletics, prisons, domestic violence shelters, restrooms, and other areas.\n\nCongressman Michael Guest represents Mississippi's Third Congressional District.
