The Trump administration has already clawed back funding approved by Congress, including medical research grants and infrastructure funding. He also proposed an unlawful \u201cpocket\u201d rescission in a new attack on Congress\u2019 power. Just this week, TRIO recipients across the country were told they would not receive certain funding, hurting some of the most vulnerable students in my district.
