Harold \u201cHal\u201d Rogers (KY-05) voted for the Streamlining Procurement for Effective Execution and Delivery and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (SPEED Act and FY26 NDAA), which passed the House on Wednesday.\n\nThe bill fast-tracks equipment for our military, removing burdensome red tape to speed technology and resources for America\u2019s defense.\n\n\u201cWe are securing President Trump\u2019s mission to secure peace through strength, starting with improvements to our military supply system. The process to purchase equipment for our military is broken, holding back resources that our warfighters need to keep the American people safe.
