The Congressman is confident this annual event will foster young constituents\u2019 interest in pursuing higher studies in Computer Science, as well as potential future careers in growing technological fields such as cybersecurity and software engineering.\n\nStudents may submit apps dealing with any topic prior to November 1, 2023. Contestants may compete individually, or in teams of up to four participants.
