Entitled \u201cThe Heroes Behind the Heroes\u201d Alyssa\u2019s work will be diplayed in the halls of Congress for one year, and she will be honored at the annual award winner\u2019s ceremony in Washington, D.C.\n\nA picture of her work can be viewed here.\n\nEach spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation and in each congressional district.
