Students from Maryland\u2019s First Congressional District are invited to participate. One winner from each district is selected to have their artwork displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year. Since the program began in 1982, more than 650,000 students have entered the competition.\n\nFor full competition guidelines and the student release forms, please visit Congressman Harris\u2019 website at Harris.House.Gov. Go to the \u201cServices\u201d tab at the top of the screen and click on \u201cArt Competition.\u201d Artwork can be submitted to any of our district offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays.
