The project will reduce risk to the town\u2019s drinking water system and bring the facility up to modern standards.\n\nStatement from Congressman Harris:\n\n\u201cThe Rolling Mill pump station is an aging piece of infrastructure in North East, Maryland, that needs to be addressed.
