Congressman Andy Harris (MD-01) released the following statement in praise of the project:\n\u201cThe beaches of Ocean City were severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy in 2012, and I am pleased to see the Army Corps of Engineers working with Ocean City officials to fund and complete the beach replenishment project.
