Growing exports of U.S. automotive specialty products have been welcomed by consumers worldwide and have contributed to leveling the nation's trade imbalance.\n\nThe motorsports industry has also grown significantly over the decades. Today, hundreds of thousands of amateur and professional participants compete in motorsports events throughout the United States, attracting attendance in excess of 18 million people. Motorsports events rank among the most widely attended of all U.S. sports.\n\nCollector cars have also played an integral role in fostering America's love for motorsports. From pre-World War II classics and 1960s muscle cars to street rods and custom cars, these vehicles stand as testimony to American ingenuity and craftsmanship, serve as a resource for contemporary automobile design, and provide recreation for enthusiasts and collectors across the country.\n\nCAUCUS MEMBERS\n\nHouse:\n\nDiana Harshbarger (R-TN), Co-Chair\n\nSanford Bishop (D-GA), Co-Chair\n\nRobert Aderholt (R-AL)\n\nJames Baird (R-IN)\n\nTroy Balderson (R-OH)\n\nAndy Barr (R-KY)\n\nDon Beyer (D-VA)\n\nGus Bilirakis (R-FL)\n\nMike Bost (R-IL)\n\nKen Calvert (R-CA)\n\nAndr\u00e9 Carson (D-IN)\n\nBuddy Carter (R-GA)\n\nSteve Cohen (D-TN)\n\nRick Crawford (R-AR)\n\nHenry Cuellar (D-TX)\n\nSuzan DelBene (D-WA)\n\nPaul Gosar (R-AZ)\n\nJosh Gottheimer (D-NJ)\n\nGlenn Grothman (R-WI)\n\nBill Huizenga (R-MI)\n\nDarrell Issa (R-CA)\n\nDave Joyce (R-OH)\n\nMarcy Kaptur (D-OH)\n\nMike Kelly (R-PA)\n\nTrent Kelly (R-MS)\n\nBob Latta (R-OH)\n\nTed Lieu (D-CA)\n\nJohn Moolenaar (R-MI)\n\nDavid Rouzer (R-NC)\n\nLinda Sanchez (D-CA)\n\nPete Sessions (R-TX)\n\nBrad Sherman (D-CA)\n\nAdam Smith (D-WA)\n\nMark Takano (D-CA)\n\nMichael Turner (R-OH)\n\nDavid Valadao (R-CA)\n\nJuan Vargas (D-CA)\n\nJoe Wilson (R-SC)\n\nSenate:\n\nMarsha Blackburn (R-TN)\n\nJohn Boozman (R-AR)\n\nTed Budd (R-NC)\n\nMichael Crapo (R-ID)\n\nRoger Marshall (R-KS)\n\nShelley Moore Capito (R-WV)\n\nJerry Moran (R-KS)\n\nGary Peters (D-MI)\n\nAdam Schiff (D-CA)\n\nTodd Young (R-IN)", 1, "2026-06-27T21:44:12Z", "2026-06-27T22:11:26Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://harshbarger.house.gov/media/press-releases/harshbarger-named-co-chair-congressional-automotive-performance-and"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.614321954548359, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
