This is the first allocation of LIHEAP dollars this season.\n\n\u201cLIHEAP is a lifeline for many families faced with rising heating costs. I am delighted $77.8 million is coming back to Connecticut to help families stay warm this winter,\u201d said Congresswoman Hayes. \u201cThis assistance will help to ease the burden of high heating costs.
