A pesar de presentar estos documentos en el momento de su detenci\u00f3n, su abogado no ha recibido informaci\u00f3n sobre su paradero, y su nombre no aparece en el sistema de localizaci\u00f3n de detenidos del ICE.\n\n\u201cEn un sistema migratorio justo, las personas con estatus legal v\u00e1lido y procesos pendientes no desaparecen sin dejar rastro\u201d, dijo Hern\u00e1ndez Rivera. \u201cExigimos transparencia. Despite these legal protections, her attorney has not received any information regarding her location and she does not appear in ICE\u2019s online detainee locator system.\n\n\u201cIn a just immigration system, people with valid legal status and pending proceedings do not simply vanish,\u201d said Hern\u00e1ndez. \u201cWe demand transparency. We demand due process.
