The window for applications closes on Friday, December 21st at 5:00pm.\n\nMore information about FP&amp;S Program Grants can be found at FEMA's website, https://www.fema.gov/fire-prevention-safety-grants. Features include key programmatic updates and application requirements as well as an application checklist and answers to frequently asked questions.\n\nApplicants eligible to apply for the FP&amp;S activity grant are fire departments; and national, state, regional, local, tribal, territorial, or nonprofit organizations that are recognized for their experience with fire prevention, safety programs and activities.\n\nFunding for the FP&amp;S Program is through the Assistance Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program. In 2018, $350 million is allocated for the AFG initiative.
