Horsford first served in Congress from 2012 to 2014. He was re-elected by his community in 2018, and has represented Nevada\u2019s 4th Congressional District ever since. Drawing on his leadership as a former Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus and a prominent frontline member, Horsford announced his candidacy for the position on July 15, 2025.\n\nRep.
