Congratulations to Olivia, Anagail, and Michaela on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you to the teachers, families, and schools who encourage and support these talented young artists.\"\n\nAs the first-place winner, Olivia Briscoe\u2019s artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside winning pieces from congressional districts across the country.
