Every dollar returned is a reminder that government should work for the people, not the other way around.\u201d\n\nDeborah Townsend, a constituent from New Albany, turned to the Congresswoman\u2019s office after years of frustration with the Office of Personnel Management.\n\n\u201cI had been waiting for nearly two years with no progress on my claim and no answers from a federal agency. After countless phone calls and dead ends, I reached out to Congresswoman Houchin\u2019s office. Thanks to their persistence, I finally received more than $43,000 that I was owed.
