As always, Rep. Houlahan will be taking live questions during the event.\n\n\u201cI continue to hear from members of my community who are frustrated by the dysfunction in Congress \u2013 I want them to know I\u2019m frustrated, too,\u201d said Houlahan. \u201cHidden within all the outward chaos, however, is a consensus among moderate Democrats and Republicans that we must stop wasting time and pass a bipartisan spending bill.
