Houlahan\u2019s telephone town hall will take place on Thursday, December 21 at 5 p.m., and she will be joined by Dolores Colligan, Director of the Chester County Department of Community Development, and Ashley Chambers, Senior Vice President of Community Impact for the United Way of Berks County. Houlahan, Chambers, and Colligan will answer housing-related questions for community members.\n\n\u201cI know housing and heating costs continue to be a concern for some Pennsylvanians,\u201d said Houlahan. \u201cThat\u2019s why I want to help our community members access resources to find quality and affordable housing. I\u2019ve also been a strong advocate for LIHEAP, a national program that helps low-income Americans heat their homes, including thousands of families here in Pennsylvania.
