For six years, Morehouse served as Chief of Staff for former Texas Rep. Bill Flores, member of the House Committee on Energy & Commerce, and Chairman of the Republican Study Committee in the 114th Congress. In addition, he was previously Legislative Director and Appropriations Associate for former Texas Rep. John Culberson and served other roles for Rep.
