Rowe Jr.\n\n\u201cToday\u2019s second and final hearing of the Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump showcased the serious, bipartisan efforts to gain knowledge and information on the tragic events of July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania,\u201d said Congressman Glenn Ivey.\n\n\u201cI thank Acting Director Rowe for his candor and willingness to take accountability for the failures of that day. While at times the discussion became passionate, I believe the Task Force remained focused on its mission to the benefit of our country and the people we represent. The Task Force\u2019s final report will reflect the culmination of 5 months of investigative work by professional, dedicated, and patriotic staff from both parties to better understand the shortcomings and failures which resulted in multiple attempts on President-elect Trump\u2019s life.
