Her success continues a long legacy of accomplishment at Newnan High School, from academics to athletics. Hope\u2019s artwork, \u201cHonored Heart\u201d, honors her uncle\u2019s service and sacrifice during the War in Afghanistan, and it will now be prominently displayed in the United States Capitol, inspiring the millions of Americans who visit the Capitol each year.\u201d\n\nGeorgia\u2019s Electric Membership Cooperatives (EMCs), the travel sponsor for the Competition winner, said, \u201cAs the electric membership cooperatives serving Georgia's 3rd Congressional District, we are proud to once again sponsor the 2026 Congressional Art Competition.
