In fact, I have repeatedly voted to repeal this bureaucratic micromanagement of even the smallest streams, farm ditches and creek beds over the past year and a half. It's great to see our efforts to free farmers in Minnesota from this onerous and unaccountable rule-making take hold.\"\r\nBackground:\r\nRep.
