Now is the time for American leadership, and President Biden has failed in that regard.\"\n\nDr. Joyce's speech comes as the Biden Administration has failed to safely evacuate Americans from Afghanistan amidst the Taliban takeover. By agreeing to the Taliban's arbitrary withdrawal timeline, President Biden has abdicated his responsibility to the American civilians and members of the military who remain in Kabul.
