The American Rescue Plan \u2013 passed by Congressional Democrats without any Republican support \u2013 established the Restaurant Revitalization Fund to provide direct funding to businesses to assist with expenses related to payroll, utilities, rent, and more. To date, 125 businesses in Ohio's 9th Congressional District have received $34,819,506.82 in pandemic-response grants.\n\n\"In the midst of the worst pandemic in over a century, our beloved local restaurants, and thousands of cooks, servers, and drivers, were dealt an almost insurmountable blow.
