Individuals, families, and seniors with household incomes at or below 175 percent of the federal poverty guidelines are eligible to apply through the HEAP program to have a financial benefit applied directly to their home energy bills.\n\n\u201cRising costs are impacting everyone\u2019s pocketbooks, especially working families and seniors,\u201d said Rep. Kaptur. \u201cAs we work to get supply chains back up and running, there is immediate relief coming online right this very moment.
