The funding \u2013 made possible by President Joe Biden\u2019s American Rescue Plan \u2013 will support providers as they work to recover from the long-term impacts of the pandemic. Rep. Kaptur joined with nearly every House Democrat in supporting the American Rescue Plan, while Republicans unanimously opposed it.\n\n\u201cThroughout the pandemic, our hospitals, doctors, and nurses provided extraordinary levels of care under the most difficult of circumstances \u2013 making sure no one was left behind,\u201d said Rep.
