From the Defense Production Act to the Inflation Reduction Act, I will work with anyone \u2013 Republican or Democrat \u2013 and pull every lever to invest in Ohio\u2019s workers and Ohio\u2019s companies.\u201d\n\nIn light of the Biden Administration\u2019s decision earlier this year to suspend tariffs on solar imports from four Southeast Asian countries, Rep. Kaptur recently included $100 million in her House-passed fiscal year 2022 Energy and Water Development Appropriations bill to implement the Defense Production Act through the U.S. Department of Energy to invest in American companies\u2019 expansion of clean energy manufacturing. Rep.
