Representative Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07), co-sponsored this bill that provides $14.3 billion in emergency supplemental appropriations to provide military assistance to Israel and to ensure the safe return of American citizens impacted by the attacks on Israel.\n\n\u201cThe United States must deliver support to Israel as they respond to the pure evil that Hamas has unleashed on their country. This funding is a crucial step,\u201d said Congressman Kean. \u201cToday the House sent a powerful message that we will stand strong with our ally Israel and its right to defend itself.\u201d\n\nOn October 7th, 2023, Hamas initiated a terrorist attack on the people of Israel.
