These upgrades will include the installation of new ADA-compliant sidewalks.\n\n\u201cIt is important that people of all abilities can safely use the sidewalks in our communities,\u201d said Congressman Kean. \u201cI am proud to have delivered this funding for these vital improvements that will make Glenside Avenue safer and more accessible for the Summit community. Improved drainage along Glenside Avenue will also reduce hazards for pedestrians and drivers alike. I remain committed to prioritizing the safety of our local families here in New Jersey.\u201d\n\n\u201cI want to thank Congressman Kean for securing the federal funds for this important project,\u201d said Mayor Elizabeth Fagan, MD. \u201cOur community is strongest when we listen to the needs of our residents and make thoughtful investments that improve their daily lives, safety, and well-being.
