Tom Kean, Jr. (R-NJ) issued the following statement after voting in support of the Protecting America\u2019s Strategic Petroleum Reserve from China Act (H.R. 22):\n\n\u201cOver the past two years, we learned the hard way the harsh impact an Anti-American energy agenda can have on prices at the gas pump. The resources available to us here at home need to be used here at home, and certainly not shipped abroad to help China\u2019s bottom line at our expense.
