The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act protects every Americans Second Amendment rights by ensuring that those who are allowed to possess a concealed handgun in one state can carry in other states that permit concealed carry, as long as they observe all laws in the state that theyre in. If opponents of the Second Amendment want to take peoples rights away, they should do it the old fashioned way: convince a supermajority of the American people and amend the Constitution.
